Leasing Procedures:

1. Fill out a Tenant Agreement & sign a Lease Agreement
2. Pay a Security Deposit
   • We do not have any other fees/amounts due at lease signing (IE Application Fees or Administration Fees); only a Security Deposit.
3. We require a parental co-signer guarantee for everyone; NO EXCEPTIONS
   • Your parent must return the completed Parental Guarantee form within 10 days of receiving it in the mail.  If we do not receive your completed Parental Guarantee within the required time limit, your lease will be in default & voidable at owner option and you risk losing your room/apartment.
