Emergency Maintenance

We have a full time maintenance staff on campus Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm.  We are usually able to address maintenance concerns promptly within 24 hours.

If you have an emergency maintenance situation, however, you may reach Bill McKown at 330-731-1070.

We ask that you only use this number in cases of true emergencies and leave all other general maintenance on our voicemail at 330-535-0099.

How do I view an apartment / house?

All units are usually occupied. Therefore we need 24 hours notice to schedule a walk through appointment with current tenants.

Call our office or use the “Contact Us” button on properties you are interested in.  You will be sent to a page where you can select multiple properties you’re interested in and we will contact you to setup an appointment.

Who provides curtains and blinds?

You are responsible for providing your own curtains or blinds in your bedroom. We will provide blinds in common areas.

How long is the lease term?

12-equal installments.  Approximately 350 days running from late August before school starts until early August the following year. There are 12 lease installments due with no pro-ration on the 12th installment.

How do I lease a House or Apartment?

Listings are available at our office and online. We highly recommend if you are searching online, to call our office and verify availability of units listed and set up an appointment for a viewing. Once a unit is chosen you will need to fill out a tenant agreement, sign the lease, a security deposit must be applied to reserve the unit, and a Parental Guarantee must be filled out and notarized.

Do I need a parental co-signer on the lease?

A Parental Guarantee is required on every Lessee; No Exceptions.

Can I have a pet?

No Cats or Dogs allowed; birds and fish are okay. For any other pet in question, please ask first.
